Three Revelations
I have three revelations I believe the Lord gave me, but first I would like to correct a mistake I made in last month’s article. I said a modern Christian song asks concerning Jesus Christ, “Do you believe he was just another nice guy?” The song asks that, but it is not a direct quote. The song is by Nichole Nordeman called “What If”. The correct words are as follows “What if you’re right? He was just another nice guy.” The song later says, “But what if you’re wrong? What if there’s more? What if there’s hope you never dreamed of hoping for?” The song is on Spotify and YouTube on the internet.
I had three revelations which I believe are from the Lord. Two were impressions, even words, in my mind, and the third one was given to me by two dreams I had in one night. The first was an impression in my mind. I questioned God about all the suffering in the world and I believe He told me He has minimized suffering as much as possible. He has a perfect plan which has minimized suffering, and the result will be minimal suffering for all people. God has everything under control and all we must do is trust Him for his perfect plan. Atheists will not accept that and say if there is a God, he is doing a poor job, because of all the suffering in the world. God assured me that if He deviated from his perfect plan even a little bit, there would be even more suffering than there is now. The problem is not with God. The problem is with the free will of human beings and angels, which God has to work with. God desires that all of us would be without sin, but people do not yield to his will. It is a selfish and wicked people that say they can do things better than what God has laid out in the Bible.
The second revelation, words in my mind, have to do with people in the Israel Truth movement. We are not to cut ourselves off from other Christians. We are not to judge other Christians because they do not accept Israel truth. God said to Me, “They are my children!” The Bible corroborates this message. “Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?” James 4:11-12. Also, concerning all Christians, “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:26. Jesus gave his life for all Christians. He expects us to love them all, just as He loves them.
The third revelation came to me in two dreams in one night. In the first dream I was in a shooting match with an evil man. Each of us had a pistol and was injuring the other fellow with shots to the body, but I was getting the worst of it. I thought, “If he hits me in the head, I will be dead”. Then I woke up. I went back to sleep and had another dream. I was in a forest when a huge timber wolf appeared and started walking toward me with murderous intent. Suddenly a medium sized dog came between me and the wolf and growled and barked at the wolf. I thought, “That wolf will make short work of the dog and then it will kill me.” Then I woke up. My interpretation of the dreams is that I was representative of the people of Israel in the dreams. The killer in each one was held off temporarily by my pistol shots in the first dream and the dog in the second dream, but my doom was approaching. The dreams told me that our people will not be able to hold off the evil that is coming from Satan. We will put up a good fight, but the enemy is stronger. There is only one hope. We need a Saviour! We cannot save ourselves. We will be forced to call on Jesus Christ to save us. I believe it will happen. “I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face: in their affliction they will seek me early.” Hosea 5:15.
