The Discoveries at Sutton Hoo Burial Ground of Kings?

Earlier this year the film, The Dig, was released by Netflix – the portrayal of the drama about the excavation at Sutton Hoo gave the present generation a sense of the significance of this enormous event. The find in the ancient burial ground of kings in Woodbridge, Suffolk, England, was the most spectacular and exciting archaeological discovery ever made in Britain.

In the final days of July and early August of 1939 the wonderful items of the find began to come to light, being the eve of the Second World War. It was Basil Brown, the local archaeologist employed by the Suffolk landowner, Mrs Edith May Pretty, JP, on whose estate all but one of the barrows were situated, who uncovered this early English or Anglo-Saxon ship burial from the 7th century AD. The timing of the excavation during the month before the outbreak of war enabled all the treasure to be recovered and removed without great publicity.

The writer has a personal interest in this unique find as he happened to have been born at a Nursing Home in Woodbridge on the 17 August, 1939, the day that the local press featured the find. In the early 1990s, on a family visit to the area, on entering a lovely old establishment for lunch, there on the wall was a copy of the newspaper that reported the find with my birth date at the top. There most certainly comes a precise timing for the hidden evidence of our identity to be revealed (see below). For the writer, being born at the very time and place of the find and whose whole adult life has been dedicated to the proclamation of the Kingdom Truth, such a time measure when the find was shown in film is indeed humbling, if not inspiring.

Inside the burial chamber there were exquisite items, such as a golden belt-buckle, jewellery in garnet, millifiore glass and filigree gold as well as the fragments of an impressive decorated helmet. The only close equivalents to these items have been found in the ship-burials of central Sweden (It is conceded by the jewellery craft today that some of the techniques employed in the creation of some of the items would be difficult if not impossible to reproduce. The same applies to the Staffordshire Hoard from AD 600-675, discovered in July, 2009, on display in the Birmingham Museum).

Archaeologists and historians now believe that there was a body laid in the burial chamber, probably that of King Raedwald, who ruled East Anglia from about AD 599 until his death in around AD 625. One important feature of the ship’s construction is that iron bolts were used, indicating it was of ancient British origin, not Viking as they used wooden bolts for their ships.

In a very great act of generosity, it was announced on 23 August, 1939, that Mrs. Pretty had presented the whole of the find to the Nation, which is now on display in the British Museum (some of the fish designs in the Assyrian collection in the British Museum reveal an exact match to those of the Sutton Hoo items).

Providentially Mound 1, which covered the great ship-burial, was protected from early desecration of the site as ploughing over the years had moved the centre of the mound resulting in nothing being found by robbers.

In terms of the precise timing of events, to which the writer has made a specialized study for over 50 years, from AD 625 and the burial of the ship, there were 153 x 103.033 months to AD 1938-1939 (or 1313.6707 years). The number of The Elect is 153, while 103.033 is the square root of the year circle area (365.242). The year circle measure is predominant in the construction of the Great Pyramid of Giza and multiples of the square root of the year circle dominate the measures (width, length, height and cubic diagonal) of the Kings Chamber, the Hall of the Judgment of the Nations, entered on 15-16 September 1936, the year of three kings on the Royal Davidic British Throne and the Abdication of Edward VIII, which made way for Queen Elizabeth II, who reaches her Platinum Jubilee in 2022, DV.

The present attack on everything royal and on those that went out to develop the wilderness areas of the world under the British Empire, confirms that the end of days is now very near.
